Mandee Alexander Executive Director
Mandee founded Mandee Media LLC in September of 2019 after completing a year of social media internships, post graduating high school 2 years early. As of 2020, she holds an associate degree in business administration from McCann School of Business and Technology. Mandee has a passion to see small business owners and entrepreneurs thrive in the online world but knows a lack of time and expertise in the area makes it hard. Mandee comes alongside her clients to execute with excellence, providing encouragement along the way. Mandee finds the most joy in hearing other’s business ideas and saying “Yes! Go for it. The world needs that and what you bring to the table!” She fully believes digital marketing can grow community and the Kingdom. When she isn’t behind the computer, she loves trying new kinds of sushi or a coffee shop, traveling, or a movie night with her husband.
laura leigh kinley Senior graphic designer
Laura Leigh Kinley is the Communications Manager at Calvary Church. After graduating from Kutztown University with a graphic and web design degree, she settled in Lancaster, PA where she continues to have various opportunities to expand and grow her design, writing, and strategy skills. Laura Leigh met Mandee through mutual friends and immediately became interested in partnering with Mandee Media, as she also has a passion for small businesses and non-profit organizations. Outside of work, you can find her at a local coffee shop—probably journaling, designing, or curating music playlists. Check out more of her work at HERE.
Justin Gathright
Videographer
Justin Gathright is a filmmaker, content creator, and storyteller. Working full time as Calvary Church’s Video Content Creator, he produces engaging roll-in videos for every sermon series, moving baptism testimonials, and narrative-driven short films as part of the Story Team. He is also in the midst of developing his own brand - Create | JustRight - a hodgepodge of his passions and adventures shown through the stylized lens of a nerdy filmmaker. He also takes on occasional freelance client work, like with Mandy Media, where he can hone his craft while exploring new avenues. Justin spends his free time going on quests in his favorite video games and rolling 20-sided dice while playing tabletop games with his friends. Check out more of his work HERE
Bente Weaver
Website developer
Bente Weaver is a seasoned professional with four years of experience as a content creator, social media manager, and virtual assistant. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds fulfillment as a wife and mother to two wonderful boys.
With a passion for helping small business owners rediscover their joy in the online space, Bente specializes in optimizing websites, enhancing social media strategies, and providing comprehensive virtual assistance. Her dedication to empowering entrepreneurs to thrive in the digital world makes her a valuable asset to any team or project.
Julie Bramley
Fall/Winter INtern
Julie just graduated from Susquehanna University with a degree in Communications: Public Relations and Advertising. During her time at Susquehanna, she gained different experiences in social media and event planning. Her most memorable time there was being a part of the Women's tennis team and studying abroad in Sorrento, Italy for a semester. In her spare time, Julie loves baking, reading, crafting, and playing with her dogs. She is excited to join the Mandee Media team to help small businesses grow and nourish!
Kayla Grant graphic designer
Kayla recently graduated with two degrees in graphic design and studio arts from Liberty University (you can view her artwork HERE). Now, she is back home in Pennsylvania to put her new creative endeavors to action! Kayla is passionate about small businesses and honest, creative work. When she met Mandee through mutual friends, she knew Mandee had those same values. Kayla is honored to partner with Mandee Media as a Social Media Manager. In her spare time, she loves to travel, create music, build community, and spend time with her German Shepherds Sadie and Jovie.
Sarah Landers
Administrative Assistant
Sarah is excited to be back working with Mandee Media. She’s a working mom, a creative, and passionate Jesus follower. Administrative work has something she has done for years and she looks forward to being able to support more teams in that capacity.

What are the requirements?
This internship involves a 3-month commitment. This internship is unpaid, but coffee is always on us ;) Post internship you will be evaluated and potentially offered a part time, paid position. We ask that you are timely, self-motivated and come ready to learn and try new things!
