WHAT IS YOUR BUSINESS AND THE MISSION OF YOUR BRAND?
We are a fun mobile gourmet cart that started out with just cotton candy and now offer hot chocolate, frozen dipped bananas, and 2 more options coming soon! We do any and all events. Our carts are only 4ft long so we can go inside and out as long as we have electricity we are good to go!
What made you want to start this business? What’s YOUR story?!
It all started in January when I (Brittany) wanted a cotton candy cart for my daughters 1st birthday. I searched all around PA and couldn’t find anything close to me so that is when I decided to just buy a machine and do it myself. Well… the machine didn’t come in time and I was just stuck with this big machine and didn’t know what to do with it. I decided then I’m going to start Sugar Swirl Cart. I wanted to bring something fun and different to the central Pa area for all types of events. And that is exactly what we do. We will bring the little “extra” fun to any event you have. Our goal is to take your vision and make it happen! Live spinning, toppings on cotton candy, and our unique artsy treats make our cotton candy different than any other. So here we are almost 7 months in of starting and couldn’t be having more fun!
WhAt is one piece of advice that has propelled you and your business?
I would say listening to our customers. We love feedback and we always try to change in any way we can to better our business for our customers.
What is something you wished you had known when you first started?
How fun it would be lol. No, but seriously I had no clue a little cart would be so fun, we loveeee getting the opportunity to meet so many new people and be apart of the special event/party!
How do you incorporate your faith into your business?
We just always try to be a blessing. God has far beyond blessed this little business in a short amount of time that we never expected so we just want to bless others like He has been blessing us.
