Always Eat After 7PM

I’m actually pretty proud of myself for getting to the gym and making good eating habits this year. It isn’t always easy but it’s so rewarding. One of my struggles that I have taken notice of is getting the late night munchies but guess what?! I’m reading this book called “Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight” by Joel Marion and wow, it’s a GAME CHANGER.

Content Creation doesn't have to be a Challange!

3 Ideas in less then 3 minutes.
.

Confession: I was honestly super nervous about starting my blog, and launching my brand. I had to overcome the thought in the back of my mind that said "You'll just blend in with the rest of the Instagram Bloggers." ,"It won't be worth your while", "What will I post?!" and "I can't possibly make a difference." Biggest fear: I thought I was NEVER going to have enough content to post and wow was I wrong.

Last week I basically went on a social media vacation. I hardly posted on my feed or stories. I didn't have any time to work on content creation or engagement. I did nothing While it was a nice break I missed it. .
.
.
I kid you not, I was just sitting there.. and BAM, 3 post ideas came to mind! All 3 ideas made sense and worked well!
So here's a few pointers for writer's block, lack of content ideas, or if creativity isn't vibin’ with you lately.
.
.

1) Taking a break is good. It's good to take a break from always thinking "What am I going to post about next?" It truly helps recharge your creativity.
.
.
2) There's no rules. Your brand is your brand. You can post a take away from a conversation with a friend, your favorite quote, a lifestyle picture and some fun facts, something new you learned last week, your favorite kind of coffee. This last week I was told "Blogging is just journaling with a format" and it's so true!
.
.
3) Your story matters. Your account is worthy. Even if it's not a lot and you don't think a certain post will make a difference, I'm here to tell you that it does. Your corner of Instagram is going to inspire, encourage, motivate, serve, connect with, and relate to SOMEONE. You don't know who or how many but it will because we're all different and different things from different people, resonate.
